The Ponce Condominiums





The Ponce is an 11-story luxury high-rise condominium building situated on Ponce de Leon Avenue at the corner of Peachtree and Ponce in Midtown Atlanta. The building was completed in 1913 and was designed by architect William Stoddart as the first luxury high-rise apartment building in Atlanta. In 1982, the apartments were transformed into condominium homes. Up to this date, this building offers 61 exclusive residences.
