Renaissance Lofts is a 16-story high-rise condominium building on Ralph McGill Boulevard in the middle of Piedmont and Courtland in Atlanta’s Downtown. The high-rise was constructed in 1974 and developed by the Novare Group offering 186 loft-style homes that were primarily built as retail office spaces. In 1996, the units were transformed into apartments and were sold as lofts.
