The William Oliver Building Condominiums





The William Oliver Building is a 16-story high-rise condominium building on Peachtree Street across from Woodruff Park in the core of Atlanta’s Downtown. This building was originally constructed for office use in the 1930’s and was transformed into apartments for the 1996 Olympics. In 2001, it was converted to condominiums and offers 115 units. This tower is also listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
