Peachtree Lofts is an 8-story mid-rise loft building located on Peachtree Street in the middle of 7th Street and 8th Street next to Atlanta’s Midtown Mile. This Bauhaus style building was completed in 1949 and became a post-World War II office building by the Department of Agriculture. In 1995, the building was redeveloped into loft apartments; and in 1999, a massive renovation transformed it into individual lofts.
Peachtree Lofts offers multiple floor plans including a studio, and one to two bedroom floor plans varying in size from 1,000 square feet up to 1,700 square feet. These loft units offer oversized windows, custom cabinets, hardwood or concrete floors, exposed ductwork, and urban designer kitchens.
Residents of these Midtown condominiums enjoy close proximity to the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Piedmont Park, the High Museum of Art, MARTA Midtown Station, MARTA North Avenue Station, and the Fox Theatre. Tourist attractions nearby include The Historic Academy of Medicine at Georgia Tech, Margaret Mitchell House, The Biltmore, Monetary Museum, and 10th Street Temporary Pocket Park. Educational Institutions nearby are Springdale Park Elementary School, Samuel Martin Inman Middle School, Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School, and Henry W Grady High School.
