805 Peachtree Condominiums

805 Peachtree Lofts is an 8-story mid-rise loft building located at Peachtree Street between 7th and 8th Street near Midtown Mile in Atlanta. The loft was originally built in 1952 and was the location for the Department of Agriculture and also served as the early offices for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

805 Peachtree was redeveloped in 1995 in an effort to convert the building into loft apartments. Four years later, the building was transformed into loft condominium homes. Its 210 units were designed to have features of an open loft space such as high ceilings, exposed utilities, and large windows.

The loft homes are characterized by a sleek design with concrete ceilings, designer kitchens, large windows and open flow plans. 805 Peachtree Lofts are divided into studio, one and two bedroom options.

Residents of 805 Peachtree are located right in the heart of Midtown; a short distance to Piedmont Park, the High Museum of Art, Fox Theater, MARTA and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. The area offers easy access to great social amenities like entertainment venues, great restaurants, and the best boutique shopping.
